Safari extension logging out and won't log back in

I switched to Safari from Chrome. I have constant issues with logging in to safari extension. Never had any issues on chrome profiles. Appears to log me out. When I click on the extension it gives me a reload 1pw option but does not work. need to close out of safari and get back in. I use several profiles. Suggestions to fix this issue?
