Safari Extension Not Unlocking

I'm sorry to hear that 1Password isn't working properly with Safari on your Mac. As a first step, can you try the following:

1. Close all open web browsers.
2. Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit. Wait until the icon disappears.
3. Double-click on 1Password from your Mac's Applications folder.
4. Open your web browser.

It finally did on my iMac but it won't on my Macbook

I'm sorry for the trouble on your MacBoook. It would be useful hereif we could take a closer look at some logs and what may be going wrong.

I'd like to ask you to send over a console log from your browser as well as a diagnostics report:

• Save a console log for 1Password in your browser
• How to send a 1Password diagnostics report

I've been having this problem for the last month or so - and previously a few months before until it fixed itself. Exactly the same problem. Will send logs too.
