Safari extension not work

I'm sorry that 1Password for Safari isn't working properly. Please try the following steps:

1. Fully close Safari on iOS.
2. Fully close 1Password on iOS.
3. Open and unlock the main 1Password app from your home screen.
4. Open Safari.

Then try to fill a password again: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad

If that doesn't work then are you able to post a screenshot of what you see? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.
