Save identity pop-up does not obey 'hide on this page'

As a volunteer for a local community center, one of my responsibilities is managing our event registration system. We use a web-based CRM called CiviCRM. As this means I'm often entering or updating contact forms for attendees to our events I've selected the 'Hide on this page' option to prevent 1Password from popping up on al the entry fields.

Unfortunately, this 'Hide'-option does not seem to apply to the identity feature. Whenever I hit save on a new contact, 1Password still throws a dialog at me asking if I want to save a new identity or update an existing one, which I of course do not want.

Moreover, the dialog cannot be dismissed by simply quickly hitting the Esc-key and the worse part is that I also cannot just ignore it because it shows up in a location that covers the exact tab in the CRM-interface that I need just after adding a new contact.

How can I stop 1Password from offering to save/update identities on a page?

I'm on MacOS using Firefox with the 1Password plugin.
