For example, is this in the 1Password 8 app while creating or editing an item? Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you seeing to help us better understand? When sending a screenshot, please be sure to redact any personal or private information.

I get this when I choose 1Password to fill in my login information. I have deleted my name and the name of the site. The name of the website is right after E7/.
I look forward to a fix!
