Scan QR code returns "QR code detection failed" consistently
When trying to create a one-time password for Backblaze, the Backblaze website generates a QR code and displays it on the screen.
1Password seems to know that 2-factor authentication is available for Backblaze and displays a message in a purple banner to that effect, with a button to "Scan QR code". When I click that button, the message "QR code detection failed" is displayed at the bottom of the 1Password window.
Alternatively, I can edit the Backblaze record, and specify that a one-time password field be displayed. On the right end of that field is a small symbol that seems to indicate that it will scan a QR code. When I click that symbol, the message "QR code detection failed" is displayed at the bottom of the 1Password window.
The last time I recall using this feature, 1Password displayed a scanning tool that could be moved over the QR code to set up the one-time password. That's no longer the case.
1Password is authorized in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
Is there something that I'm missing here? Can you provide detailed instructions for creating one-time passwords?
