search filter not working

I am following this article: https://support.1password.com/search-1password/

But the search filter function does not work... specifically... using the leading "=" does not work.

Instead of "=tag:david" I need to use "tag:david"
But more importantly... I am trying to find all items with No Tags and "untagged:" does not work in any variation.

No filtering appears to be in the quick search either.
