Seeing possible hidden sign-in on page

This is a weird one. I'm seeing this in the newest Firefox with the latest 1Password extension.

I load this page https://www.lernlaterne.de/deutsch/geschichten/am-flughafen

and I see a tiny 1Password icon in the middle of the page. I have no idea where it's coming from. The page is in German, but even looking through the source, I can't see why that icon shows up there.

Has anyone here seen this kind of behavior before?
