Why does 'none' appear when I try to add a default identity in the 1Password app on my Mac?

Hello @sean100xx! 👋

Thank you for reaching out. Default identity allows you to choose which identity 1Password suggests first. It looks like you don't have any Identity items yet which is why you're seeing "None". You can create an Identity item by following these steps:

  1. Click New Item in the upper right corner of 1Password for Mac.
  2. Click Identity.
  3. Fill in your information.
  4. Click Save.

Then try to choose your default identity again. You can read more about the feature here: Choose your default identity and credit card items

If that doesn't work, or if you already have existing Identity items, then please let me know.
