Setting up a separate 1Password account on a separate computer

When I follow the instructions (select Manage Account / Add New Account) there is no selection for Add New Account.  Please advise.

1Password accounts are for people and client software is for computers on which accounts are for people. 

Install the software for your platform on each computer (or device) on which the users with accounts on that computer want to use it. Each person can then log into their accounts on each computer, run the 1Password client and log in to their 1Password account (which they created at no cost).

You tagged FAMILY, so you should invite each of the 1Password account owners to join the Family.

Additionally to @AJCxZ0 if you are (ever) trying to add, say your business account in addition to your personal account on a device, in the software (desktop app) follow https://support.1password.com/add-account/

But with the given 'tag' of your post and minimal description I reckon @AJCxZ0's suggestion is the correct one.
