Shared items deleted, but not logged?

Recently, we had a number of shared items disappear.  We eventually found them in Recently Deleted and restored them, but we would love to know who did this and why/how.  However, there is no mention of deleted anything in our Activity Log or in the Shared Vault report.  Has anyone else seen this?  Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that someone deleted items from a shared vault. If you have a 1Password Business membership then you can create a usage report for that vault: Create a usage report for a team member or vault

The usage report will show specific item deletions under the umbrella of the Update Action:

So it's indistinguishable from changing a password or adding a note?  Ugh.

Thanks for the reply. We have an internal feature request open to add additional granularity to logged actions and I've shared your comments there. Hopefully this is something that can be improved upon in the future.

Interestingly, there is only a Fill operation before the items in question went missing, and an Update when I restored it, so I still feel like it isn't getting logged at all.
