Shared Vault isn't an option when 1PW offers to make a new entry

I have a family plan, I am the 'owner', my wife is the only other member. I am working on cleaning up and deleting her Safari passwords, and when I log into a website with her safari passwords, and 1 password offers to save it as a new entrance in 1PW, it only offers her private vault, not our shared vault. Then I have to go back and move it to the share vault.

Hi @danielpepper,

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering some trouble saving items to your Shared vault. If you click on "Private" at the top right of the 1Password save prompt, are you seeing a dropdown menu with all your vaults listed? If so, is the Shared vault not available there?

It's working correctly now. Maybe I just had to whine a little first? I don't know why the shared vault didn't show yesterday. But thanks.

While I have your attention, will 1PW autofill my name and address, phone number, like Safari used to before I disabled it?

If you have an identity set up then you can use it to fill in those details.

Get to know 1Password in your browser

To fill your Identity item, you'd have to:

Go to the form that you'd like to fill.
Click the 1Password icon in your browser’s toolbar.
Locate your Identity item.
Click Autofill.
