"Shared" vault not syncing between users

Our team just started using 1password. Unfortunately, when one person sets a password to be in the "shared" vault, it does not immediately sync with the other members of that vault. My boss set a password to shared around an hour ago, and none of the rest of us can see it. I've locked and unlocked my 1password multiple times and still it is not appearing in the shared vault.

Instantly and securely sharing passwords was essentially the whole reason we purchased this product, and made a significant investment of time into the setup process. Now it is not working and I've found there is no customer support hotline. If anyone knows how to fix this (ideally without telling my boss that he has to take extra steps every single time he shares a password), please let me know.

Hey, @cara 

Can you clarify if you are using a shared vault amongst all members of the team and placed the item in that vault or if you're sharing a link?

If you have 1Password for business you have phone support options. What type of membership do you have?

Thanks for responding -  We are using a shared vault among all team members, and one of the team members placed the item in that vault.

We have the Teams Starter Pack Plan. Since there are only three of us in the office, it was more cost-effective to do that, although we are a business. I suppose that means we didn't get the phone support service.

The most common reason we see in support is the user was not confirmed. They are still in a pending state. So they are basically siloed off from everyone else. Can you or your admin/owner check to ensure everyone has been confirmed. As long as you have invite permissions you should be able to confirm the user.
