Please add Login.gov to the list of potential "Sign in with" SSO providers. While not all US government agencies use it, many do.

Hey @cobaltjacket,

Thank you for your suggestion. I have passed this on to our product team for consideration.

Let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

I would also like to see Login.gov supported. Thanks!

Same here.

In fact, it would be nice if this was user-configurable. Currently, it appears that 1Password decides if an "Login" item can be suggested for SSO by checking whether the associated website is in a short list of "known" IDPs. (And this list currently doesn't include login.gov...)

Instead, how about a having a flag that can be set on the "Login" item that tells 1Password that is should be suggested as an IDP for "Sign In With". With these custom IDPs, 1Password wouldn't need to actually do the OAUTH process, just remind the user what IDP (and account) they used.

This is still not available, and an increasing number of US government websites are using it. In an unfornate case of fragmentation, some are using id.me instead - so there are two.

Correct on both accounts. I've updated our internal feature request to let the team know this remains an interest to you.
