I recently updated my master password and secret code all successfully.

1Pswd is working perfectly on my iPhone and 2 Mac's, however my iPad does not recognize the new password and or secret code.

I'm using the same Apple ID and 1Password vault/account as all of my other Apple devices

As a result I can't use 1Pswd on my iPad?

Since I can't access 1Pswd on the iPad I am not absolutely certain of the 1Password Version, however I always keep all my devices updated to the latest IOS and 1Pswd versions so I'm confident everything is running the latest versions. Thank you.

Hello @sorazem! 👋

I'm sorry that you're having trouble adding your 1Password account to 1Password on your iPad. Can you try this alternate method to add your account:

  1. In your browser, sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
  2. Click your name in the top right and choose Get the Apps.
  3. Click "Add your account directly" and allow your browser to open 1Password. You'll see your account details in the app.
  4. Enter your 1Password account password and click Sign In.

If that doesn't work then what error message do you see after trying to add your account?
