Site password requirements

Question

Went to update my Wells Fargo CEO password and the app wants to use way too many characters and doesn't use a special character.  The browser extension in both Chrome and Edge say the 1Pass will suggest  a password that fits, but the site rejects it.

•At least 1 letter

But this is what is suggested :

Any way to fix this so it will work as expected next time?
