Question

So another case of the two-factor authorization

Hi. I changed my phone. Totally forgot to deal with the two-factor authorization. So now, can't enter my main 1 password account 'cause it asked me to enter the two-factor number...which I don't have 'cause it's under an old phone that has been completely reset since then. I do have my main password and secret key...so how can I have access to go to my profile to fix that problem by turning it off first, and then reset it on my new phone. Thanks. I'm on IPhone 15 Pro. Computer with Windows 11. Newest version of 1 password everywhere.

Hello @RMous! 👋

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access your 1Password account because you've lost access to your authenticator app. If you still have access to the 1Password app on one of your other devices then you can turn off two-factor authentication there:

Turn on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account - If you lose access to your authenticator app or security key

If that doesn't work, or if you don't have access to the 1Password app on any of your devices, then please send an email to support+security@1password.com so that the team can help further.
