Specify a single password to be used in mutiple places

KeePass had a nice feature that I used a lot and I'd like to see if 1Password has something similar. My user profile and password for my work is used to access many sites. I need to change this password frequently and I don't want to have to update it dozens of time. I want to create a "master" work password and have other entries point back to this value. That way, when I change my work password, I only have to change it in one place and all of the other entries will reference that value.
