Spinning ball every 2-3 days

Question

On Chrome, while I might have 2 or 3 tabs open, I often have to close every tab I have so that I can have access to 1Password in Chrome. I'm up to date on everything. From chrome to the 1Password on Chrome, version 2.12. I'm really about to ask for a refund 'cause it's really a problem. Thanks for helping.
