Spinning ball every 2-3 days

On Chrome, while I might have 2 or 3 tabs open, I often have to close every tab I have so that I can have access to 1Password in Chrome. I'm up to date on everything. From chrome to the 1Password on Chrome, version 2.12. I'm really about to ask for a refund 'cause it's really a problem. Thanks for helping.

Do you have add on's that might be interfering with 1Password? I would start by disabling any extensions except for 1Password and test them one at a time to see if you find an offending extension. It may also be helpful to have you email us where the team can gather logs and a diagnostics report from your devices to assist in troubleshooting. Please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Hi, thanks. I e-mailed the support.com in question yesterday. Thanks. When you talk about add-ons, do you mean extensions? If so, I only have ad Block, 1Password, Honey and a francophone one called Boomerang.
