Start over with password store

If your sister is part of a 1Password Families account, her access can be recovered by a Family Organizer:

☞ Recover accounts for family or team members

Bear in mind, this won't work if she is the only Family Organizer for the account. Family Organizers can't recover themselves, but can recover each other – which is a good reason to make sure you have more than one!

If she's created a recovery code at any point, she can try using that:

☞ Generate and use recovery codes

If she's using 1Password individually, without being part of a family or team, and doesn't have a recovery code, she'll need to start over if she really can't remember her account password. She should email support@1password.com to get some help if that's the case.
