Starting not at minimized status

I have re-checked as per your latest post.
The question "Does the main window open again when you turn the Mac back on?" must be answered with Yes.

I try to do a short clip with my camera and browse through the settings. @1P_Dave, how can I share such a clip with you? I'd like not to use this forum due to size.

@ArtFaks - I'm sorry to hear that you've also been affected. Are you also seeing the main 1Password window open on start up, or only seeing 1Password open in the Dock?
