Subscription frozen when i already paid for it

so i had free trial and i bought annual subscription and just yesterday 15 days day after my free trial ended i got frozen account even tough i already paid for the annual subscription anyone knows how to contact support or how to fix?

i fixed by requesting refund with apple and buying again but why is the support email so hard to get maybe im just blind but i didnt see it on the support page but thanks

I'm glad that you were able to resolve the issue. Aside from using the direct email address, you can also ask the chatbot to create a ticket with our support team as well.
