Subscription renewal email is wrong?

Hello

I get that my subscription is higher this year, but going from 5 members to 3 is not good

Please clarify

In the email I got today:

Thank you for the question! That line means that you have three active family members currently added to your account. A 1Password Families membership still allows you to invite up to 5 family members at no additional cost.

If you send an email to support@1Password.com, and include a link to this thread, then our billing team can take a second look and confirm your current subscription along with the features included.
