Suggest the correct item

Scenario: I have 20+ saved items with logins to M365 tenants. If I log on to one of them, selecting the correct one from the search, and the password to the specific tenant is expired, I am requested to update the password. After updating the password, 1Password suggests to save if. Wonderful. But it does not suggest the login I have just used, it just suggests the first one in the row of items matching the URL I am on.

Can I configure 1P to suggest the last used item somehow? Otherwise consider this a feature request :-)
