Support Drag and Drop in Quick Access

The old 1Password Mini on 1Password 7 supports drag and drop of item entry onto input box of other software, which is now not supported by Quick Access. I have to open 1Password app main interface (either directly or from Quick Access), which is annoying. It will be better to show entry information inside Quick Access (like it was in 1Password Mini), and allowing user to drag and drop them into other software.

I'm posting this to Mac thread but it should also be a nice feature on Windows.

Hey @extrawdw, thanks for reaching out. I can certainly see how this feature would be useful. I've added your comment to an internal feature request to help highlight user interest in drag and drop from Quick Access. Thanks!

Hey @extrawdw!

Actually, I'm using drag and drop in Quick Access on Windows 11.

I'm looking for an entry, e.g. Steam and open it with STRG / CTRL + O.

A new window pops up with all the information.

Here I'm able to click on the username and drag it into the field of the app. The same I can do with the password.

I think it works with 85 - 90 % of my used apps. Just try it out. 😉

Hey @DenalB, thanks for the added suggestion here of opening the item in a new window (Ctrl + O) from Quick Access!
