sync in windows

The account is not syncing with the client on windows machine. How to update it? Need help urgently.

I'm using 1password.com. It was showing me one password in account 1 and different in another in account 2. Although it was copied from account 1. I deleted it from account 2 and copied from account 1 and it showed me different password. What's happening? Is 1password loosing grounds? I had never though I would be facing such issue.
