TouchID no longer available to unlock 1Password?

Question

I've always used TouchID on my Macbook pro to open 1Password but for some reason it is longer giving me the option to use TouchID. When I go to settings/security the option for TouchID isn't even there. Everything is up to date and I have restarted my Mac.

To clarify, it still works to open the actual app 1Password but not the menu bar 1Password for Safari.

Any ideas? Thanks.
