transfer passwords from computer to iPhone

when i first installed 1Password on my computer it went thru a process to link my phone and at that time all the new passwords that i created showed up on my iPhone 1Password app. Most of the work i do with using 1Password is on my computer so after the first day of creating 1password accounts, i never check my iPhone app to see if they were transferring over, i just assumed they would be doing that in the background. I was away from the house and needed to access one of my accounts that did not have its own app and then is when i found that most of the new passwords that i created on my computer were not on my phone.

Can someone be so kind as to point me in the direction where i would find the easy steps to use to get the rest of the missing passwords from my phone transferred to my computer?
