Transparency gone from drag and drop under Wayland

The fix that allows dragging and dropping credentials, at all, also breaks the transparency that facilitates hitting the drop target. It only occurs when the ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=auto environment variable is set, and it makes the content fully opaque, complete with little black triangles at the corners, outside the rounded blue corners of the dragged item.

Tested on beta channel 1Password for Linux 8.11.10 (81110032)

Hello! 👋

I'm sorry for the delay in replying. I just wanted to drop a note that this is something that we've reproduced on our end as well and an internal work item is open with our development to look into this further. Thank you for the report!

I see in recent versions that the dragged item no longer moves and displays under the cursor at all, which is fine because then one can go by the cursor alone.

Hi @roy_orbison, thanks for letting us know about this change in behaviour, and I’m glad to hear that it’s proving more useful than the previous behaviour for the time being. I’ve added this information to the issue on file for our developers to see.
