Travel mode and family account

Questions (which I can’t find answers for) how travel mode works in a family account.

If I need to enable travel mode for me and I enable travel mode in 1p.com, what happens to the devices of other members of the family account? Can they still access their vaults?

What happens to shared vaults that are not enabled for travel?

Hello @Madla! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! Travel Mode allows you to remove certain vaults from your devices so that only vaults that you've marked as safe for travel will be available for inspection if you're stopped at the border.

When you mark a shared vault as "Safe for Travel", that designation applies for everyone who has access to the vault.

When you turn on Travel Mode, vaults that aren't marked as safe for travel will be removed from your devices but not the devices of your family members. They'll need to turn on Travel Mode for their account on their end. You can read more here: Use Travel Mode to remove vaults from your devices when you travel

I hope that helps.
