Travel mode not working for me

I am using 1Password on an iPhone 13 Pro.

I have turned on Travel mode (a couple of times now) and I have restarted 1Password on my iPhone and at least one of my vaults which is NOT marked as safe for travel is still there.

Any advice?

Hi @amh686, thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear travel mode isn't working as expected.

I can see you mentioned the vault is not marked as safe for travel, but could you start by double checking that? Next I'd like to ask a few questions to help determine what may be causing this behaviour:

  • Is your device connected to the internet?
  • Have you noticed any sync or connectivity issues (a red cloud icon for example)?
  • Is the vault in question a shared vault?
  • Is the vault removed as expected on other devices?
