Travel mode on android

Hello-

I know how to put 1 Password on travel mode via .com on a computer but I won't be traveling with a computer/laptop.  From what I can tell, you can't put an android on travel mode from the 1 password app. If this is true, what other security measures can I take?

Thanks,

Patricia

Hello @Patricia! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! You're correct, travel mode needs to be turned on or off from 1Password.com. You can read more here: Use Travel Mode to remove vaults from your devices when you travel

If you wish, you can sign into 1Password.com using the browser on your Android device and toggle Travel Mode there. I hope that helps.

You’re right — Travel Mode can’t be enabled from the Android app. As a precaution, you can remove sensitive vaults, ensure your device is encrypted, use a strong lock screen, and enable remote wipe.

Let me know if you need help with any of these!
