Travel Mode question how turn off after cross border inspection i.e. arrive at hotel how turn off ?

Question

I understand the process to turn off/on the travel mode when I'm at home on with my iphone and on my secure mac at home.

My question is how in practical terms to people turn travel mode off once cross the border say canada/USA on a short travel trip and only have an iphone? Meaning, with only an iphone in travel mode cross border say into Canada from USA or vice versa, then how turn travel mode off without a personal secure laptop to get to the web browser to then have the QR code to scan with the your iphone so get into the browser? Trust a hotel computer or how access the web 1password to turn off travel mode while on vacation once cross over into say Canada? Crossing back and then from home I know we'd use our Mac, but don't understand how to do without a secure computer?

Any suggestions?

You could have 1Password.com signed in on your browser and have it locked so that you only need to enter your password to access and remove Travel mode. You can also have a loved one toggle the setting for you if you share everything with them. Make sure you do not clear the browser history or the Secret Key could be removed, or if you prefer the added benefit of it being totally removed from your device provide the Secret Key to someone not traveling with you. Then you can call them and have them read it off to you. Using it and your password you can access 1Password.com and remove Travel mode.
