Hi, I am writing here because the box to use the Trusted Platform Module with Windows Hello is greyed out for me despite having removed and re-added my Windows Hello login options, uninstalled and installed 1Password including the %LOCALAPPDATA% folder and restarted my computer between each step. I want to be able to use the fingerprint reader I purchased. It lets me log in without a problem but does not enable the checkbox to use TPM. My TPM version is 1.2. Please help me with this

Hello @juanramonmateos! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with TPM and for the delay in responding. I see that you've been working with our team over email, if you have any other questions then please continue the conversation there.

Since we have an alternate communications channel open, I'll close this thread.

I encountered this issue. I have TPM configured correctly and a Windows Hello PIN setup. I had to go through the reset my PIN process to clear and redo the Windows Hello setup entirely. You can set the PIN to what it was before, it was the only way to clear it and reset as I couldn't disable it likely because it was the only Windows Hello supported option configured.

After doing this, I closed the 1Password app and reopened it and then the checkbox was available within Settings > Security.
