trying to set up 1Password 7 single license on new computer. cannot find my "license file".

I am trying to install 1Password 7 on a new device using a single user license. I have my license key but not the "license file". i checked my original email after purchasing my license and the link to the license file is not longer active. how do i get someone to resend my license file for order 1PA190305-2050-37149? thank you.
