Two-Factor Authentication for EA doesn't work

If this page works as expected for you, I think it would be useful if we could gather some page details for the EA Origins site to pass on to our development team to take a closer look. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the page with the QR code
2. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar.
3. Click Help and choose Collect Page Structure.
4. 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.
5. Attach the downloaded .json file to an email addressed to mailto:support+forum@1password.com with a link > to this thread.

I can't find the "Help" option in the 1Password browser extention.
There is a "See Help" kind of thing in the menu, but it only links to this page -> https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/

Where can I find the "Help" that will enable "Collect Page Structure"?

Hey @muhhy,

If you right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar or anywhere on the page you should see a context menu containing Help > Collect Page Structure

I happen to have an EA account myself and so I was able to do some testing on my end and found I was able to add a one-time password to my login item. If you wish to use 1Password as your authenticator app, you can just press "Continue" in the first window.

You'll then be shown a second window with the QR code to add the actual one-time-password field which you can add to your 1Password item by clicking the three vertical dots next to the autofill button and choosing "Scan QR Code":

You should then see the one-time password field in your login item and be able to fill it on the website:
