UI bug: Scrollbar thumb plays keep-away from cursor

Switch to a large vault with many (1000+) items.
Grab the scrollbar thumb.
Drag slowly downward. The slower the better.

What should happen: The scrollbar thumb should stay aligned with the mouse cursor.

What happens: The scrollbar thumb races ahead of the mouse cursor.

This happens until you scroll fully to the bottom once. If you grab then grab the thumb again, it behaves normally until you switch vaults.
