i can not login on my iphone as my password is not working. i went to mymac desktop, copied the password on it and tried to open the iphone 1 password but it wont work. my desktop is showing my passwords, but it is offline. any attempy to bring it online needs my password and the password wont work.

is there a way for customer service to see where sign ins are coming from to see if i have been hacked?

what else could it be if its not that? would appreciate any thoughts. thanks

1Password will automatically abort recovery attempts in certain situations

It sounds like you may be in one of those situations.

Don't worry about whether or not you have been "hacked" or other possible explanations for what you're experiencing. As much fun as we might have speculating, none of us know what is causing your current problem*.

Email support with the details of what you did, with what you did it, what happened when you did it, and how that differed from what you wanted or expected. They will help, but you will need to be patient.
When you have results from working with support, follow up here and let us know.

Hello @sayhey! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with accessing your 1Password account. We don't have access to your account information here on the public forum and, as @AJCxZ0 said, it's best that you work directly with our support team to get to the bottom of this.

I see that you already have a ticket open with the team and that one of my colleagues sent you a reply 2 days ago. Please reply to that email and continue the conversation there. If you don't see the email then check your Spam/Junk folder.

To prevent duplication of efforts, I'll close this thread.
