Unable to change calendar/date format to EU

Thanks for the question! 1Password will try to respect the date formatting preferences set on each of the individual browsers and devices that you and your family use. There isn't a way for a family organizer to set the date format for every family member.

Are you looking at the passport information in the 1Password for Windows desktop app? If you are then can you post a picture of your current language and region settings in Windows: Start menu > Settings  > Time & Language > Language & Region.

Hi Dave, thanks for getting back. Yes, I am using 1Password on a PC/Windows machine. Attaching a picture as requested below. --> I want to enter all of our family's European passport details, but when I choose the "Passport" item and manually populate all pre-defined fields on the screen, the fields where you insert "Date of Issue" and "Date of Expiry" are hardcoded to accept US date format only, ie. MM/DD/YYYY, which means that all of my family members will think their passport will expire, for example, on 4th February rather than 2nd April...And as a result, also the auto-reminder is then incorrect (from a European perspective). If we can solve this by simply changing my Windows settings, that would be awesome...Picture attached below. Thanks again.

I am having the same issue, for example, the expiry alert seems to be hard-coded to MM/DD/YYYY and is not respecting the date formats of the system. Which is especially odd as unlike the OP, my "Date of Issue" picker is showing DD/MM/YYYY.
