Unable to claim the student pack!

I'm trying to claim the 1Password Student Pack offer, but I'm getting the error: "It looks like you aren't eligible for this promotion. You must be enrolled in the Pack. Please try again, contact support, or go back to 1Password." I do have the student service. I've attached a screenshot.

Could you double check that you're a member of GitHub Global Campus and that you’ve also signed up for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Missing those can be the cause of the ineligibility message. If you're still not able to claim the student pack, you can get in contact with the support team at support@1password.com to help take a closer look. Thanks again!
