Unable to delete vault in iMac.

I have 1Password 7. Just migrated all data to a new iMac.The data did not populate accurately to the computer app, but is correct on the on-line version. The migration removed my 'personal' vault and replaced it with another vault named out of numbers and letters. I created a new vault 'personal' but can't delete the other vault. Secondly, if that can be done, will my devices that have the correct vault and tags sync the  information to the app on my computer?

I'm sorry that you're running into issues after migrating. I see that you've opened a ticket with our support team and one of my colleagues sent you an email yesterday, please continue the conversation there. If you don't see the email then check your spam and junk folders.
