Unable to find the option to add a family member

Hello, I am the family account manager for my account and I am trying to add a family member and I unable to find the options that appear in the documentation

To add family members to your account:

  1. Select your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and choose Manage Accounts.
  2. Select the account you want and choose People, then select Invite People.
  3. Enter the email addresses for the people you’d like to invite, then select Invite.

I am using the below version on my Mac

1Password for Mac 8.10.60

81060027, on PRODUCTION channel

I have tried the same through a browser with the same result.

What am I missing? Thanks for the help

I am all set now - turns out my other family member became the family organizer somehow, fixed it and I am good now - Thanks a bunch

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you'd like to invite a new family member to 1Password. So that I can better understand the situation, can you please post a screenshot of what you see after you follow these steps: 

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password for Mac desktop app.
  2. Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and click Manage Accounts.
  3. Select the account you want and choose People.

Thank you for the screenshot. I see that your sign-in address is "my.ent.1Password.com" whereas 1Password Family memberships usually use "my.1Password.com". 

So that the team and I can investigate this further, please send an email to support@1Password.com and include a link to this thread. Use the email address associated with your 1Password account. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message. 🙂

I cannot find "People" or "Invitations".  I can't see any sidebar with these options.  I tried online and in my app.
