Hello @mhonkomp3712! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to sign into 1Password on your iPad. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:

  1. Which browser are you using to sign into 1Password.com on your iPad? Does signing in work using Safari?
  2. What language or keyboard layout are you using for your iPad? You can check here: Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards
  3. Does your account password contain any special characters such as an apostrophe or quotation marks? Do not share you account password or post it on the forum.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks Dave. Using Safari to login on my iPad worked.

Now I trying to install 1Password on my wife's Mac. It's asking for the "Sign-In Address" .1password.com in addition to Email, Secret Key and Master Password. I would like to setup a separate instance of 1Password using her email address to login so that her computer will not have access to the 1Password Vaults on my Mac.

What should I use for "Sign-In Address?"

1Password Version: Mac 8.10.34
Extension Version: 2.24.2
OS Version: mac OS 14.5
Browser: NA; using 1Password App

@mhonkomp3712

I'm happy that you were able to login to 1Password.com using Safari. Were you able to add your account to the app on your iPad as well? If you weren't then what error message do you see there?

Does your wife already have a 1Password account? If she does then the sign-in address can be found on her Emergency Kit which she would have downloaded when creating her account.

If she doesn't have an account yet, and you're using 1Password Families, then you can invite her to her own account using this guide: Add and remove family members

Let me know if you run into any issues.
