Unable to login to website

Question

I am running macOS Ventura 13.3 on a Mac. I am trying to log into 1Password to download as I’m setting up a new boot disk. I enter the login information secret key and password in both chrome and safari. Nothing happens. I am successful using the same information logging in from my iPhone or iPad. Try to download as a new user, but then again sent me to the same login page which doesn’t work.

Hey @dmoor,I'm so sorry for the delayed response, are you still having trouble?Is this when trying to sign into 1Password.com? Are you seeing an error message at all?Any information would be really helpful.
