Unable to move entries between vaults from different accounts

I'm trying to move some passwords from Vault A under Account A to Vault B under Account B.

I'm able to drag-and-drop selected entries, but after I click "Move" button on the pop-up window, the pop-up disappears but the entries remain in the current account/vault:

Source vault is a shared vault, destination vault is currently not shared but I'm planning to add more people once all items are inside.

Any idea what I might be missing?

Hello @IvanR! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to move items between vaults. There are certain limitations when it comes to moving items between vaults in different 1Password accounts (such as accounts in different regions) and those limitations aren't currently surfaced in the app when drag and dropping items, we have a issue open to improve this in a future version of 1Password. 

Can you right-click on the items that you wish to move and then click Move. You should see a message underneath the vault that you want to move the item to letting you know what specific limitation is preventing the item from being moved, for example: 


This would mean that you have a file attached to the item, or a custom icon, and so the item can't be moved. Download the file to your computer, remove the attached file from the item, copy the item to the new account, and add the file attachment back to the copied item.
