Unable to sign into my 1Password account due to 2FA

Hi Dave, you were very kind to help me. Thank you! I am unable to access my account as I have my 2-step verification turned on. When I put my Authenticator code in, I get an error message. As a result, I'd like to cancel my 1Password subscription. How can I do that when I can't log into my account?

Verification Issues with Authenticator. Can someone please help me....I'm unable to access my account. Each time I verify with Authenticator, I get an error message. My devices are all on the correct time.  Thanks!

This sounds like a problem for 1Password Support. If you have not already done so, email them with more details of what you are trying to do, with what you are trying to do it, what happens when you try, and how that differs from what you want or expect.

Since you are already here, please share more details including the error.
Are you trying to access your 1Password account with up-to-date Google Chrome on your up-to-date Fedora Workstation PC using your up-to-date 1Password client installed from the RPM for authentication including a one-time password?
If so, and you have the extension installed and the client unlocked, then you should be automagically logged in.

Hello @elizabethcrowley! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to sign into your 1Password account. If the one-time password from your authenticator app isn't working, then do you still have access to the 1Password app on any of your devices? If you do then you can follow these steps to temporarily turn off two-factor authentication:

If you don't have access to 1Password, or these steps don't work, then I recommend that you work with our support team over email since they'll be able to help further. I see that you have a support ticket already open and I've flagged it to the correct team, one of my colleagues will reply to you soon via email. Please continue the conversation there when you receive that reply.
