Unable to view or create items in non-empty (existing) vault after duplicating to new vault

Hi, on the website. I am using Chrome Browser (135.0.7049.128) on the Chromebook.

I originally imported a Lastpass vault with 1000+ items. I duplicated it so that I can do a clean up but the new vault had zero items and all the items in the original vault (looks like it was there as the Home reports these) but are now empty.

When I try to create a New Item (any type) in the original vault. It returns: "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'uuid')".

If I reconnect other devices, all of them go blank.

I cannot Export them as the "Ellipsis" does not appear.
