Unabled to use Windows Hello on startup - Forced to used password

Hi there,

I've enabled Windows Hello authentication feature in Settings > Security.

However, everytime my computer reboot, while I first launch 1Password application, it ask me everytime to enter my account password.

It does not use Windows Hello feature.

Note that once the application is logged in, and I lock it, then I can use Windows Hello (with the smiley button at the right).

How to proceed to have Windows Hello authentication feature at first launch after a reboot?

Thanks,
Philippe

Hello @DrySs! 👋

Thank you for reaching out! To keep Windows Hello available so that you can use it to unlock 1Password, rather than using your account password, you'll need to enable the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) feature of your PC:

You may need to enable TPM 2.0 for your PC before you can use the TPM with Windows Hello: Enable TPM 2.0 on your PC - Microsoft Support
