Unexpectedly open "Quick Access" panel by "command + ]" key even when 1password window is inactive.
How can I disable this behavior?

  • Shortcut key for "Quick Access" is not "command + ]"
  • No problem when 1password app is not running

Hi @codeout 👋

In cases where 1Password doesn't detect any matching items, or detects multiple matching items when autofilling, it will open Quick Access so you can search/choose the item you want, so it's also possible for the Autofill shortcut (Cmd + \ in this case) can open Quick Access.

By chance are you using a non-US or non-QWERTY keyboard layout? There is a known bug where some keys are misread in those layouts, which I suspect is contributing to the behaviour you're seeing.

If you remove your autofill shortcut, do you see an improvement?

Hi @andrew_l_1P,

My issue has been resolved after removing the autofill shortcut as you pointed out. Thank you so much for your advice.

Just for your information, I'm using jp106 key layout which is non-US but still QWERTY.
